COURT BATTLE
CHICAGO, Nov. 1,
A court battle between Irene Castle McLaughlin and Major Frederic McLaughlin over what school their 14-year-oid daughter, Barbara will attend has just been waged in Chicago. Major McLaughlin wanted Barbara to continue at a girl’s school in Lake Forest, 111. Mrs McLaughlin, who has a divorce suit pending against Major McLaughlin, asked that Barbara be allowed to attend an Eastern finishing* school. The Court decided that the girl was to stay at her present school.
