DUTCH PROTEST
NAZI PLANES’ FLIGHTS GERMAN RETALIATION (Reed. Nov. 22, 2.40 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. 21. A reoort from Berlin says that the Dutch Charge d’Affaires made representations in Berlin regarding the infringement of Dutch neutrality by German planes.
The Foreign Office thereupon alleged a Dutch violation of German territory. Both sides have agreed to investigate.
