TRAINING CLASSES EDUCATIONAL PLAN (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. An outline of a scheme designed to afford wider opportunity for entry into flying branches of the New Zealand Royal Air Force, was given in a letter received by the Wellington Education Board from the Director of Education, Mr. N. T. Lambourne.

It, is proposed, as a war measure, shortly to establish classes in any centre in which a reasonable number of candidates, who are otherwise suitable, is available.

The board decided that it should effer every facility for the development of the scheme.
