BEER HALL BOMBING ARREST BY GESTAPO (Reed. Nov. 22, 1.50 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. 21. Advices from Munich state that the head of the Naz.i secret police, Herr Himmler, has announced that the police have arrested Georg Elser, 30 years of age, of Munich, who allegedly has confessed to responsibility for placing the bomb which exploded in the Munich beer hall on November 8.
