RETURN OF PREMIER (Reed. Nov. 22, 2.40 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. 21. _The Prime Minister, Mr. Neville Chamberlain, apparently walking without pain, was loudly cheered when he took his seat in the House of Commons to-day for the first time since he recently was confined to his room with an attack of gout.
