Russia's Baltic fleet is holding large-scale manoeuvres from the new Baltic bases. Simultaneously Flag Admiral Tribute, in an article in Pravda says: “Nothing will ever break the Soviet decision to establish a strong peace over the Gulf of Finland. Unfortunately Finland’s answer to the Soviet’s friendly and peaceable itir itiative is noisy and dangerous."
