The track was fast and the weather fine for the second day of the Avondale Jockey Club’s spring meeting yesterday. There was a good attendance.
The total isator handled £29.906 against £24,920 on the second day last year, an increase of £4980. For the meeting a total of £73,709 was handled, compared with £59,380 last year, an increase of £14,323. Results: —
