A SPANIARD’S VIEW BIG SURPRISES (Reed. Nov. 6. 2.30 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. 5. The Rome correspondent of the British United Press says that the Spaniard, General Queipo Dellano, who heads a mission of 59 military officials being attached to Italian units for developing understanding between the Italian and Spanish armies, expressed confidence, after a tour of Germany, that Germany would give England and France “tremendous surprises in the coming weeks and would win the war whether long or short.” He added that the Spanish military mi.sc inn was also going to Germany.
