GUY FAWKES NIGHT

The Gisborne Thirty-Thousand Club draws attention to its gala night at the Waikanae Beach to-morrow. The attractions will include fireworks, merry-go-round, Guy I invites’ competition, dancing to Stuart Sheet s orchestra, novelty items, and side shows. A good musical programme will be contributed by the W.E.C.M.R. Band, Mrs. A. C. Coleman, Misses Heather Loch, Elva Mahoney, and Tanison Kerr, Messrs. Dennis Goldsmith, Vic. Venables, D. Miller. T. Fleming, and G. Graham. A ballet will be performed by members of the Operatic Society. t .

The Legion of Frontiersmen will assist the traffic authorities in regulating the traffic.
