ITALIAN OVERTURES TURKEY SYMPATHETIC (ReccL Oct. 27, 2.50 p.m.) LONDON. Oct. 26. The Istanbul representative of The Times stales that Turkey is watching Italy’s efforts in the Balkans sympathetically and will willingly support them if Italy genuinely desires to co-operate on a basis of equality and mutual trust. The Rome correspondent of the Associated Press of Great Britain says that the Italian Minister at Sofia had a conversation with the Bulgarian Prime Minister, M. Kiosseivanov, concerning the prospects of Bulgaria joining a Balkan bloc.
