RETURN FROM MOSCOW

ENTIRE DELEGATION

(Reed. Oct. 27, noon.) HELSINKI. Oct. 2G. The Finnish delegation has arrived back from Moscow.

M. Paasikivi brought back the entire delegation, surprising the Finns, since it was expected that the economic experts would remain in Moscow.

The Foreign Office spokesman said that there were certain Soviet 'demands to which Finland could not yield, but doubtless the negotiations would continue.
