Morning sales included: Bank of Australasia, £7 15s; Australian Consolidated Industries, 35s 9d; Australian Consolidated Industries, contributing, 11s lid; Broken Hill. Proprietary, 09s Gd; Drug Houses, 25s 4jd; Howard Smith. 21s 6d.

DIVIDEND DECLARED • (1 J hr Press Association.) DUNEDIN, this day. The directors of N.Z. Paper Mills, at a meeting yesterday, authorised the payment of an interim dividend at the rate of 3 per cent. The distribution is to be made to shareholders on November 15.
