The Shanghai correspondent of the Associated Press of America says that the Japanese report that the Soviet has presented the Chinese Government at Chungking with a series of demand;: for t'ne occasional aid Russia lias given to China, including the right to station Russian troops in Chinese Turkestan and to maintain Communist propaganda in north-west China.
