It started in the supper-room and r room of the ground floor used by th< traffic inspectors and draughtsmen Both rooms were badly gutted. Mud damage was done in the engineer': office and drawings were burnt. The insurances on the building ar< £I4OO and on the fittings £445. Mr. N. Annabell, a surveyor, los' drawings, also his own instruments.
