MASTERY IN THE AIR
EFFORTS BY ALLIES MAY OUTBID GERMANY (Reed. Oct. 18, 9 a.m.) PARIS, Oct. 17. The Allies are working day and night for mastery in the air. Within a few months the French aeroplane output will be fivefold the production in peace-time. It is officially stated that there are grounds for hoping 'that the British and French potential production will be three times that of Germany.
