NORMAL TRADING
BRITISH SHARES (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY. Oct. 15. The editors of Sunday newspapers, reviewing the week, comment on the restoration of normal trading over a large area of the stock markets and in particular, despite the absence of a further reduction in the bank rate consequent on the thawing of the oil market. Dealings recommenced in war loan, old consols and local loans, as well as colohial Government stocks.
