ANTI-NAZI PROPAGANDA APPEAL FOR £200,000 (Reed. Oct. 17, 9 a.m.) LONDON, Oct. IG. The Johannesburg correspondent of The Times says that well-known persons throughout the Union have launched an appeal for £200,000 to defeat enemy propaganda.
