MAGISTRATE SURPRISED A confict of opinion in the Stratford court on the amount cf liquor required to make two youths drunk was the cause of some amusement. Mr. S. Macalister, counsel for the licensee and barman of a hotel, against whom charges of supplying minors were made, said J.e did not know how the youths concerned, boys of 18, could have got drunk on two beers and half a bottle of whisky.
