Now Settlement Road
Several important undertakings are at present being commenced m Rotorua district by the Public Works Department. The most extensive i.f. them is the construction of the icvv road from Waiotapu lo link up with the road network of the Ngakuru settlement. This road, when completed, will open up approximately 10,000 acres of new country in the Waikite Valley where extensive development is being undertaken by the Lands Department.
