CZECH GOVERNMENT
FORMATION IN LONDON (Reed. Oct. 9, 11.30 a.m.) LONDON, Oct. 7. The Daily Mail says that Dr. E. Benes, the former president of Czechoslovakia, has formed a new Government with headquarters in London. He will combine the offices of President and Prime Minister. M Osusky, former Czech Minister in Paris, becomes Foreign Minister. He will remain in Paris in contact with the French Government.
