DECREASING FORCES
HUN GARY -JUGOSLAVIA FRONTIER GARRISONS • (Reed. Oct. 9, 9 a.in.) BUCHAREST, Oct. 8. The Rumanian Government has announced that it has joined Hungary and Jugoslavia in simultaneously decreasing armed forces at Jugoslavia’s suggestion. Rumania and Hungary had faced each other fully armed on a common frontier since early in 1939, but from now on only the customary garrison strength will be maintained.
