TURKISH ENVOY'S MOVES MOSCOW CONVERSATIONS (Reed. Oct. 2,2. 10 p.m.) MOSCOW, Oct. 1. The activities of the Turkish Foreign Minister, Sarajoglu Bey, continue to puzzle observers. Two days have passed since the departure of the German Foreign Minister, Herr Von Ribbentrop, without the resumption of the Russian-Turkish talks. On the -contrary, Sarajoglu Bey had conversations with the British Ambassador, Sir William Seeds and the French Charge d'Affaires, M. Jean Payart. He also received the Afghan and Iranian envoys.
