UNITED STATES—CANADA SIKORSKTS HOPES (Reed. Oct. 3, 9 a.m.) LONDON, Oct. 2. A message from Paris quotes an interview with the new Prime Minister of Poland, General Sikorski, who said that the Poles in the United States of America and Canada numbered 5,000,000. “We hope to raise 10 divisions each of 20,000 men from the 5,000,000,” he said.
