WEALTH AND MAN-POWER A resolution urging that the' conscription of wealth and man-power should be instituted immediately was passed unanimously at a meeting of the Te Kuiti Borough Council. Harris insisted that if man-power was to be conscripted, wealth should be also, and the conscription of wealth should precede that of man-power.
