RUMOURS CROSS ATLANTIC (Reed. Sept. 22, 9 a.m.) NEW YORK, Sept. 21. Reports have been received from London that the German liner Bremen, escorted by a naval vessel, has reached a British port. These reports are not officially confirmed, but are not denied.
