HAGUE COURT DECISIONS NEW ZEALAND’S STAND (Reed. Sept. 22, 10 a.m.) GENEVA, Sept, 21. The New Zealand High Commissioner in London, Mr. W. J. Jordan, in a letter to the League of Nations, stated that New Zealand no longer considered herself bound by the decisions of The Hague Court. South Africa has sent a letter on similar lines.
