Further changes in the Eire Cabinet ere announced, as follows. Mr. Sean McEntee, Minister of •Finance, becomes Minister of Industry' replacing Mr. Sean. Lemass, who is’devoting his whole attention to the Department of Supplies. Mr. T. O’Killy is now the Minister of Finance. CENSORSHIP IN EIRE (Reed. Sept. 15, 2.30 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 14. The Eire Government has taken powers to prohibit if necessary imports except under license of papers and periodicals printed outside the State. Censorship of papers printed within the State already has been established.
