SOUTH AMERICAN COASTS GERMAN PROJECT * (Reed. Sept. 14. 11 a.m.) ' LONDON, Seat. 13. The Ministry of Information states thgt the Government has reason to believe that Germany may attempt to establish air and submarine bases or the coasts of South and Central America.
Britain is inviting the latter to take the necessary steps to prevent a violation of its neutrality.
