PAMPHLET TO WORKERS ACTION IN GERMANY (Reed Sept. 12, noon.) LONDON. Sept. 11. The German Independent Socialists have smuggled a message to the Independent Labour Party in Britain 'in. which it is stated that, despite ruthless surveillance by the Gestapo, the Nazi secret police, fortification workers distributed a pamphlet urging a fight against Herr Hitler’s policy of aggression and war.
