SANG ON STRETCHER
LONDON, July 25. Although suffering from a badly injured thigh, Donald Ashby, 25-year-old geologist, sang while rescuers carried him four miles over rocks and moors in the island of Skye last night. Ashby, who lives at Parson’s Green, London, S.W., fell 25ft to a ledge while climbing a 2500 ft. peak in the Cuillins.
