AUSTRALIAN DECISION (Reed. Sept. 6, 9 a.m.) SYDNEY, Sept. G. The Lawn Tennis Association of Australia lias cabled congratulations to the Australian Davis Cup team and also to the manager, Mr. H. Hopmaa, on winning the Davis Cup in sensational and difficult circumstances. Tlie team was instructed to return to Australia as soon as possible.
