EXTRADITION SUSPENDED
CHINESE AT TIENTSIN (Reed. Sept. 4, 9 a.m.) TOKIO, Sept. 2. The British authorities in Tientsin announced that the four Chinese charged with the assassination of Cheng Hsi-Kang would be handed over to the Chinese local district court at 4 p.m., but fhen the officials proceeded to the rendezvous nobody appeared. The British Consul-General, Mr. Jamieson, said that the British Government had suspended the men’s extradition.
