REOPENING NEXT YEAR
NEW YORK FAIR ROOSEVELT’S APPEAL (Elec. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Reed, Sept. 4, 9 a.nr.) WASHINGTON, Sept 2. The New York World's Fair Corporation has decided to reopen the Fair in 1940. President Roosevelt announced that he is inviting foreign nations to participate again and added there was a duty on all to keep the channels for a continuing conception of peace open.
