PATUTAHI COMPETITIONS J. EDWARDS CHAMPION (Herald Correspondent.) The final stages of the competitions on the Patutahi Golf Club’s links have been reached. The following are the results: — Alfa Laval Trophy.—-Mrs. L. Smith defeated Mrs. H. Monteith; Mr. L. Grey defeated Mr. F. Smith.
Ladies' Championship, -played over 27 holes. —Mrs. J. Hogan defeated Mrs. S. McNaughton, 5 and 4.
Men’s Championship, played over 36 holes. —J. Edwards defeated T. Pe're at the thirty-sixth. Jackson Cup.—J. Hogan and Mrs. Burland defeated M. Hogan and Mrs. R. Sirle, 5 and 4
During this week-end members of the Patutahi club will visit Rakauroa.
