Mr. Justice Long Innes to-day granted a perpetual injunction, restraining J. Bellew from seizing or levying upon the assets of the Labour Daily, Limited, publishers _ of the Labour newspaper, Hie Daily News.
Bellew, who has a fortifier editor of the paper, was a judgment creditor for £560.. ■■ ; ,
