DECREASED SUPPLY PAYOUT AVERAGE 144 D At the annual meeting of Te Kaha Co-operative Dairy Company, Ltd.. Mr. H. Paora, chairman of directors, reported that there had been a decrease in the company’s output of 02 tons over last season. . One pleasing feature during the year was that the average grade had gone up, and they had manufactured more finest butter. The following were elected to fill the vacancies on the directorate: —Messrs. Hi Paora, C. W. Fairweather and M. Waititi. The native trustee was reelected auditor.

The pay-out by the company was at the rate of 14.577 d. per lb. butterfat, compared with 13.357-d. the previous season. Sales of butter during the year amounted to £30,203. The number of suppliers increased from 034 to 137. The over-run was 20.63, while the average grade oi butter was 92.11.
