GIBRALTAR AND MALTA PRECAUTIONS TAKEN (Reed. Aug. 26, 9 a.m.) LONDON, Aug. The Gibraltar correspondent of the Daily Express says that the police authorities have ordered all foreign musicians, dancers and workers at Gibraltar cafes and cabarets to quit the territory within 48 hours. All the defences on Malta have been manned. The territorials and auxiliary units have responded magnificently to the recruiting call. Gas masks are being distributed.
