EXIT FROM EUROPE ROOSEVELT’S APPEAL (Reccl. Aug. 26, 9 a.m.) LONDON, Aug. 24. The United States Ambassador to Britain, Mr. J. P. Kennedy, has advised- Americans to return to the United States unless their business is urgent. The Rome correspondent of the Associated Press of Great Britain nays that the American Ambassador delivered the personal message from President Roosevelt to King Emanuel of Italy "on behalf of the maintenance of world peace.” It is understood that King Victor Emanuel has promised consideration.
