ASSAULT ON GIRL
FAILURE TO STOP
(Per Press Association.) «W PLYMOUTH, this day. Sentences 'were' imposed by Mr. Justice Reed in the Supreme Court yesterday.
Robert Oresti Incrocci, for indecent assault on a girl three years of age, was sentenced to imprisonment for three years with hard labour.
Joseph John Zimmerman, for failure to slop his Car after an accident and failure to ascertain whether there had been an accident, was sentenced to three months’ imprisonment with hard labour. The court ordered the cancellation of his driver’s license and prohibited him from obtaining another for ,12 months from the time of the expiration of the current license. He was also ordered to pay £l6 7s 6d towards the cost of the prosecution, in default an additional month in prison.
