The Duchess of Kent usually rides side-saddle, but she has been told that this is considered old-fashionod in Australia, so she is learning to ride astride. She iooks attractive on horseback with high boots, well-cut breeches, a soft shirt, a brown tweed coat, and a soft brown felt hat.
