SALE AT MORRINSVILLE At the Morrinsviille stock sale on Friday, store wethers sold .really well. Several pens of store cattle were yarded, comprising mostly two and a-ha If year old- Polled Angus steers. Competition was good,' but several pen-s failed to reach the vendors' reserves. Competition on the fat cattle was not a-s keen as has been the case lately and consequently prices were a shade lower. Quotations: —Sheep. Fat wethers made 21s 6d to 235; prime maiden ewes, 19s Id to 20s;, fat ewes, 17s to ißs; be av»- prime hoggets, 22s 4d to 245; fat hoggets, 18s lid to 19s Gd; lighter, 16s to 18s Gd; forward conditiOfted, 15s 9d to 16s 3d; aged ewes, running with Southdown rams, 11s Gd.
