PRODUCERS’ COUNCIL
ELECTION OF EXECUTIVE MR. POLSON CHAIRMAN (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. A meeting of the general committee of the New Zealand l Primary and Ancillary Producers’ Council was held at Wellington yesterday. Industrial matters were discussed and an address was given by the president of the council, Mr. W. J. Poison, MJ 5 . Mr, Poison was re-elected as chairman of the executive committee, to which the following members were appointed: Messrs H. D. Acland, Sheepowners’ Federation; W. W. Mulhol'land, New Zealand Farmers’ Union; A. Linton, Dairyfarmers’ Industrial Union of Employers; K. J. Holyoake, tobacco, hops and snrufll fruit "growers; B. V. Cooksley, commercial gardeners.
