NEW RECORD REACHED (Elec. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Reed. Aug. 4, 9 a.m.) LONDON, Aug. 3. Germany’s note issue increased by £03,400,000 in the week ended on July 31, attaining a ;new record of £750,000,000 compared with £500,000,000 a year ago.
