ASSEMBLY IN HUNGARY FOUR THOUSAND PRESENT (Reed. July 31, 1.50 p.m.) LONDON, July 30. The Budapest correspondent of The Times says that the Regent of Hungary, Admiral Horthy to-day opened at Godollo the first worldwide Girl Guide jamboree, It is to last for a fortnight and is known as pax ting (peace paramount). The attendance is 4000 of whom 500 are British Empire representatives including New Zealanders and Australians. The guides were welcomed by the Archduchess, Joseph Francis.
