ACTION IN REVOLT AMERICAN DISCLOSURES CONTROL OF SERVICES (Elcc. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Reed. July 29, 9 a.m.) SAN FRANCISCO, July 28. John Davis a former business agent of the Sailors’ Union of the Pacific, testified at the trial of Harry Bridges yesterday that he had sat with Bridges at several meetings limited to Communist Party members. Davis also affirmed that Communists in the army and navy bases and an aeroplane factory on the Pacific Coast were under instructions to “take over in the event of war or revolution.”
