ELECTIONS IN CANADA (Reed. July 29, 9 a.m.) OTTAWA, July 27. Following a 'Cabinet session, the °rime Minister, Mr. W. L. Mackenzie King, declared that the uncertainty over Europe was likely to prevent the Dominion elections this year. In all prcCToility Parliament 'would be called instead to discuss questions of peace or war. It must not be assumed that there would be war. The Government w ! as merely exercising the right to remain in office until 1940.
