MOSCOW CONVERSATIONS
FRESH INSTRUCTIONS ATTITUDE OF BRITAIN STATEMENT NEXT WEEK (Elec. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (British Official Wireless.) Reed. 1.30 p.m. RUGBY, July 26. Speaking in tine House of Commons to-day the Prime Minister, Mr. Neville Chamberlain, said fresh instructions were sent las', night to the British Ambassador at Moscow. Sir William Seeds, and he hoped to be in a position 1o make a 'statement in the House early next, week. Asked whether it were true, as stated in the press, that it had been agreed that a 'military and naval talk would take place at Moscow, Mr. Chamberlain replied: “We have sent certain instructions to Sir William, Seeds, but. we have not yet heard of the reactions.”
Asked if the French were sending a military mission, to Moscow, he replied: “I have sitated before that France rand Britain, are acting in close collaboration."
