CTAULIFLOWGR 8 DEAR E R Due to frosty weather developing last week, supplies of cauliflowers from Pukekohe growers were adversely affected and by the end of the week they were practically unprocurable. They are coming to hand again, but the price has hardened to 11s Gd a chapman bag, which contains about 17 to 20 heads, and to 15s 9d a sack.

Cabbages remain at. 9s 4d a chapman bag and 13s Gd a sack. Carrots are still at 8s 3d a sugar-bag, and parsnips at 6s. Pumpkins also remain at 16s a cwt. Prices of ,swedes lend to harden. Quotations range up to 5s Gd a sugar-bag, as against os a week ago.

Sale's of Pukekohe onions are increasing at the figure which lias ruled since early in the month, namely £1 0s Gd a cwt, f.o.r. Pukekohe. It is estimated that about 300 tons have still to go into consumption.
