BOROUGH WATER SUPPLY
GOOD AVERAGE PRESSURE
Reporting to the Borough Council at its meeting last evening, Mr. R. R. Thomas, borough engineer, noted that the highest gauge reading showed 12ciib. pressure in the water-supply mains, and the lowest reading 601 b. The main line had been maintained in good order for the past fortnight, and no leaks hacl developed. Tne Venturi meter had recorded a flow oi 6,890,000 gallons through the mains for the week ended July 10. and 0,830.000 gallons for the following week.
