Referring in Hie Mouse of Common'; to-day to the Moscow negotia-, tionr, the Prime Minister, Mr. Neville Chamber, said that fresh instructions had been sent to the British Ambassador, Sir William Seeds, on Friday, and that a further meeting with the Soviet Foreign Minister, M. Molotov. was held yesterday, but there had not yet been. time, to study the report of Sir William Seeds. Pressed by the Opposition leaders to give an assurance that Parliament would not be adjourned until the agreement with Russia had been reached, Mr. Chamberlain replied that the possibility of concluding an agreement with Russia did not lie only with His Majesty’s Government.
